Yunnan Theological Seminary

Yunnan Christian Theological Seminary is a three-year theological school, in addition to an annual intake specialist three-year theology classes, the school also organizes the pastoral staff training courses from time to time. The seminary aims to train the youth pastoral staff who has pure faith, patriotism, love for religion, and a firm dedication to mind, and all-round development of high spiritual attainment and theological knowledge in the “spiritual, moral, intellectual, physical, social”.

　 The seminary is located in KunSa Road 59, Huangtupo, Kunming, Yunnan, which covers an area of less than 2 mu, building area of 720 square meters. Since the start-up in 1989, a total of 235 students of all ethnic groups have graduated and participate in various parts of the Church management in Yunnan, who become the main Christian cause of Yunnan in the Christian development.
Curriculum: New Testament Introduction, Pastoral Studies, Church history, Christian history of ideas, hermeneutics, the Christian and Missionary Alliance law, church administration, Christian Ethics, Systematic Theology, Church Music, History, Chinese, English, politics, and so on.
At present, there are 128 students from all the province’s 18 ethnic groups in three classes, who learn from each other, and help each other.
